RESIDENTIAL BUILDING / VARNA / CONSTRUCTED 2020

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING in the Pchelina area, Varna, is situated on the slope of Franga plateau with a direct view towards the sea and the lake. The project has 9 apartments divided between 4 levels.

The elongated volume of the building is tailored to the narrow shape of the plot, urbanistic parameters and the need of parking spots and yard space. We have looked for volumetric fragmentation of the two main facades to soften the long shape of the building. Different volumes are painted with white, light gray and dark gray plaster. Colorful accent was used to emphasize the entrance.
